The library offers a platform to showcase the latest materials and design trends across the globe, while highlighting work from across the region.
As the UAE’s first material library, Colab also serves as a gallery, event and activation space, and networking hub in its bid to bring the entire design community together. They will host regular seminars, networking events, and workshops as part of their regular programming.
Colab.digital aims to host in excess of 1,000 materials from all across the globe. All materials will be indexed and cross-referenced making it easy for users to search for materials. The platform will also highlight material news, projects featuring the use of innovative materials, and new ways of working with materials.
